For the past 5 years, I have worked as a registered psychologist in community health services, private practice, and secondary schools. During this time, I primarily provided mental health support and psychological treatment to adolescents, young adults, and their families for a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, grief and loss, and interpersonal difficulties. I continue to hold a special interest in supporting adolescents and young adults who have experienced significant trauma, disordered eating, and challenges experienced by boys and men.
I prioritise connection, safety, authenticity, and curiosity. I work collaboratively and at your pace, allowing you to explore your most vulnerable experiences with compassion and without judgement. My goal is to help you unburden the parts of yourself that have been adversely impacted by traumatic experiences and develop greater self-compassion, healthy internal attachment, and a deep connection to your authentic self.
I was born and raised in Gippsland, VIC and I'm passionate about providing therapy in the region I call home. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, hiking, and playing tennis. I have a Shetland Sheepdog called Jasper (and secretly hope to train one as a therapy dog someday!)
